Phoenix Medical Services is always looking for new and inovative ways to ensure complete safety for both your event and our staff. To maximize safety, we have introduced a new service known as the Medical Response Team.

We're fully aware that your event is likely to be a huge success and so crowd numbers may be high. Our Medical Response Teams include highly trained individuals, specifically tasked at emergency care and extraction in large crowds. Ensuring that your event is not interrupted unnecessarily and that patient quality of care remains as high as possible.

Our Medical Response Team consists of 3 members per team:-

  1. The Team Leader (FPOSi Trained)
  2. The Attendant (FPOSi Trained) and
  3. A Door Supervisor (SIA Licensed, to ensure crowd safety/control in possibly dangerous and/or hostile environments)

What We Do

Customer Service is at the forefront of our business. All our staff receive a full company induction and are selected for their ability to not only do an efficient job but also to provide excellent customer service. Our staff are highly trained with skills ranging from First Aid at Work all the way through to Paramedics and Doctors.
